 Pouch Cell Vacuum Sealing, Electrolyte Filling & Vacuum Standing 3-in-1 design. A Bench-top vacuum electrolyte injection system for Pouch Cell Battery. It is an ideal choice for the production of pouch cell battery samples. Vacuum liquid electrolyte injection for Pouch Cell Batteries with the programmable setting via the Touch Screen Controller.

It could be used either in or outside of the Glove Box. Electrolyte injection speed adjustable. The Electrolyte Filler with a Speed Control Console and Injection Pump for the high- precision dispensing is integrated into the system. Electrolyte injection could be done under different vacuum levels in order to achieve a better electrode immersion.

 Features  

1. Applicable Battery Type:
This machine is suitable for pouch cells with an electrolyte injection volume of 1–50 mL. (To switch battery models, simply replace the battery tray-easy to operate and customizable.)

2. Injection Method:
Vacuum injection; the tray can hold 1 battery at a time.

3. Operating Efficiency:
The operator manually opens the battery cell, places it in the tray, presses the injection button to fill the electrolyte into the measuring cup, and places the cell into the vacuum absorption chamber.

4. Injection Accuracy:
±0.25%. The injection volume is adjustable from 0 to 100 g.

5. Vacuum Injection Process:
The machine uses a vacuum filling followed by a vacuum cycle. It offers high efficiency, precise injection, and easy and reliable operation.

6. Vacuum Pressure During Filling:
Maintains vacuum pressure above -98 kPa. The compact design is easy to operate and suitable for use inside a glove box.

7. Adjustable Parameters:
Vacuum time, vacuum level, and injection time are all adjustable and programmable.

8. Approximate Machine Dimensions:
500 (L) × 400 (W) × 500 (H) mm.

9. Required External Equipment:
Vacuum source, compressed air, AC220V power supply.
Power consumption: 1 kW.

 Work Process Description 

 * After baking, the battery is removed from the oven and manually placed into the electrolyte filling tray. Each tray holds 1 battery.

* The tray with the battery is placed into the positioning area of the electrolyte filling machine (positioned using the machine's limit blocks).

* Press the start button. The sealing cover descends to seal the battery and tray. Once sealing is complete, vacuuming and electrolyte injection cycles begin.
(A total of 5.5g electrolyte can be injected in one or multiple steps. The machine is equipped with two double-head injection pumps, four injection nozzles, and the automatic injection module only needs to move along the X-axis to complete the full injection process.)

* After the injection cycle is complete, the operator removes the tray and starts the next cycle.

* The operation panel uses a touchscreen interface, offering easy operation and real-time display of machine status.

Note:
The vacuum time and standing time can be set as needed.
Vacuum standing is also supported.

  All key components of the equipment are made of corrosion- and alkali-resistant materials such as stainless steel 304 and 316, ensuring excellent durability against corrosion and alkali.

The equipment has low energy consumption, with a rated power of only 1KW.

The equipment is guaranteed to operate continuously and stably for 24 hours.

4. Compressed air: after drying, filtering, and pressure stabilization, outlet pressure > 5.0 kg/cm²

5. Vacuum source: vacuum pump with 10 L/s capacity and vacuum level above -98KPa, or centralized vacuum pipeline

(-98KPa or above)

6. The buyer must ensure proper air circulation at the site.
