1. MR-SFZ200 Battery heat sealing machine is a compact heating sealer for sealing aluminum-laminated films during pouch cell (polymer Li-Ion cell) case preparation.
2.The battery heat sealing machine adopts soft sealing bar, The sealing is copper in bottom and aluminum and Silicone rubber piece on top. So it can be used for both top and side sealing for pouch cell.
3.It can prepare the pouch cell for the injection of electrolyte by sealing the side and top of the pouch cell with tab.
1) The machine can be used for different sizes batteries and can be adjusted easily by speed governing (or changing) clamps or adjusting (or changing) end cover.
2) Top and bottom end covers are drove by two cylinders, moving elastically.
3) The cover is made of cooper material, having good heat effectiveness and saving electricity.
4) The pressure of top end cover can be adjusted by valve regulation.
5) The temperature of top and bottom end covers can be adjusted by temperature controller.
6) The machine has the warning function on temperature anomaly.
7) The Machine has great protective function with safety light curtain and double buttons protection.
8) The machine has PLC controller for easily operating. It's light for carrying.
9) The machine's rack is made of aluminum with good-looking. It can take manual operation while testing machine and take PLC auto-operation while bulk producing.

Suggested Sealing Parameter: 1. Upper Heating Blade Temperature: 200°C 2. Lower Heating Blade Temperature: 180°C 3. Pressure: 40 psi 4. Duration: 3 seconds Please wait until both dies reached the Setting temperature and controller disable the Low temp. ALM, then begin to operate. For completing the full sealing procedure, you may need the following combination:
A. Compact Heating Sealer (suitable for top & side sealing with tab)
B. Vacuum Sealing Machine (for pre-sealing in glove box after injection of electrolyte)
C. Final Vacuum Sealing Machine (for vacuuming and second sealing with automatic puncture and degassing function)
